Dionna, or “Stax” is known as our Jack of all Trades around the dealership. Dionna got her Motorcycle Endorsement on Valentines Day of 2019 but doesn’t currently ride due to letting her son trade in her Sportster for his Dyna. Dionna got interested in Harley-Davidson when her and her best friend made a pact to get Harley’s and travel the US. They never got to take that trip but she’s okay with that because her love for working here at ECHD is pretty big in itself. She loves how ECHD is so community driven, helping with Hurricane reliefs, bikes for kids at Christmas, Military personnel, etc. Dionna’s best advice she can give is “If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit.”
If you’ve ever met Lisa or talked to her on the phone you know she’s nevermet a stranger! She’s been our Director of First Impressions since 2019 and we count ourselves lucky to have her on the team. What is Lisa’s favorite thing about ECHD? “This is the place to be yourself, all day, ever day.” We love that Lisa and hope you never stop being yourself!
Best Advice: Your smile is your compass. Put whatever makes you frown behind you.”
Spirit Animal: Queen Xenomorph – Excellent mother, puts her kids first and has killer decorating skills.
Joe…Joe Z…Joey Z, he’s a man of many names but a staple here at ECHD for over 20 years. He’s been riding for 25 years and currently rides a Fat Boy, even though his favorite H-D motorcycle is a 2022 Road King Special. Joey Z has been with ECHD since it took over new ownership and when he was asked what he loved most about the dealership, he responded with “my co-workers, customers, and the energy on the Sales floor.” Say hi to this Veteran of ECHD next time you’re in!
Jerry, or Mr. Milkman has been riding for 45 years. He currently rides an ’05 Police Road King. Jerry got interested in Harley-Davidson through his father’s stories of his own riding days. Jerry is a staple here at ECHD and loves that we’re such a family environment… speaking of family, you should check out his wife’s baking, yum! Jerry’s best advice to give is to “Look both ways before you cross the street.”
Worm, that’s what we call him! Worm has been on two wheels for over 5 years and currently rides a 2017 FXDL. Worm got interested in Harley-Davidson through his dad and his grandfather, and has always loved motorcycles since growing up. Worm’s best advice to give is to “ALWAYS wear your helmet”
Bear got his nickname from his momma and things just stuck from there here at ECHD. Bear has been riding for 4 years and currently rides an ’03 Road King. Bear got interested in Harley-Davidson through his dad who had a Road King and once Bear graduated High School, his dad let him take the bike out himself. It was all love from there. When asked what Bear’s favorite Superhero is, he responded with “Superman, because he’s pretty cool.” One more thing, guess what Bear’s Spirit Animal is! If you guessed a Bear, you are correct.
Zane currently rides a 2017 Dyna Street Bob and has been riding for 5 years. Zane got interested in Harley-Davidson through his dad who was a certified Harley tech for 30 years. Zane’s favorite H-D motorcycle is a 1971 FX Super Glide. A fun fact about Zane is that his Spirit Animal is a cat!
Mel is the king of transportation around here so you’ll either see him delivering your new bike or picking your current bike up for service. When he’s not driving an ECHD truck you can catch him cruising around on his 2021 Road Glide Special and spending time with his family. His spirit animal? A wolf because they’re unpredictable. They’re also known for their loyalty, teamwork and freedom which we think fits Mel pretty darn well.
You may know Darlene as the staple we have here in our Motorclothes department. Darlene always has a smile on her face and willing to help any customer in need of assistance. Darlene loves ECHD because of the connections she makes through her customers and co-workers. Darlene says her Spirit Animal is an owl due to their mysterious manor and the fact that they’re apex predators!
